1.There would be an overload of rubbish.

3. Our towns would not be a very nice place to live in.
There were no health regulations in restaurants
1.People don't want to go to restaurants.
2.People who whent to the restaurants they could be sick
Australia didn't have a defense force
1. Australia would pretty much be an easy target so it would be like us
saying "come and attack us we are defenceless."
2.We would have been attacked all the time.

Each State Government produced its own notes and coins
1. It will be difficult to the people.
2. People, who travel around Australia they would feel like they are traveling from another country to another.
3. It would be too hard to remember what money belongs to what state we are a country why have different coins and notes?
There were no building regulations
People would build big things where they really are not needed.
Things would be built in places where there is not enough room for it.
Some things could be built in a place that is not stable enough to actually make it safe.
There was no Commonwealth Government
1. Without Commenwealth government, Victoria will be very messy, and it's cities won't be modern.
2.The victoria would be catastrofic and there would be bad people.

People could arrive and leave Australia without any passports
1. That would be very diffucult. Lots of crimenal or bad behavied people could come to Australia, like maffians or criminals.
2. Australia would have more people.
3. If someone came in Autralia with contagious so that made Australian would be sick too.
There were no cat or dog regulations
1. Feral and stray dogs and cats would be roaming the streets and then the population will just keep on increasing with animals that people don't want.
2. Also at night and day cats would be killing our wildlife if they were always outside.
3. And finally people would have an overload of many cats and dogs but not enough room to keep them so they just ge kept in and out of a house that really does not have room for them.
There were no public (state) schools
1. Not every child can go to school because of the payment of school. It could be high, for some family.
2. Australia would have more bad children because children didn't come to school.
3.People that can not afford private schooling can't go to school.
